Pranic Healing: Mantra to Enhance Memory and Stimulate Left and Right

It is the use that determines the health of any organ, while its over use, inadequate rest and non-supply of nutrients for its proper functioning can damage it. Within the small volume of human brain, there are about 100 billion or so nerve cells, fantastically intricate in the growth of neuronal branches called dendritic channels or tree like branches which receive the incoming sense signals from areas of various sense Cortex which are stored in the pattern of molecular transformation in the dendritic trees, where all the recollections of sight, sound, smell, taste and associated emotions are stored in these linked beautiful dendritic impressions.

However, according to brain experts, only a small percentage of total brain capacity is actually utilised, thus intellectuals with active brain have unlimited scope to grow new neuronal branches to utilise the brain’s full potentiality.

Now, recollection is achieved by re-activating the same sensory events that formed it. The words T,D, Th stimulate various areas of the top soft Palate in the mouth to give strength to salivary glands. Many Yogis advise a breathing practice by asking to touch the Soft Palate at the top of the mouth, which is located just on the other side of pituitary gland to strengthen this pituitary gland. This is a difficult yogic practice.

The same advantage with greater potency can be achieved with the above breathing mantras which also stimulate the divine kundalini energy with Sh, strengthens the liver and digestion with R, reinforce optimum breathing with lungs with ‘F, yokes us with Infinity – the super consciousness with AN to draw in as much pranic life energy as possible to fulfill our Being and then ends at T or D or Th to stimulate pituitary gland and the salivary glands.

And the word MIND is beautifully designed, because our total brain/mind is stimulated by the words M, N & D.

Stimulate Left Brain With K, KH, G & N

This breathing mantra particularly stimulates the eyes including the third eye.

Exhale with = FREESH – SHEEN
(FRESH – SHEEN)

This mantra truly gives a fresh shine on our face and in the eyes.

Stimulate the Right Brain with M :

Inhale with = SHRAF – FAM
Exhale with = FREESH – SHEM.

We can also yoke our breath with superconsciousness to stimulate the ultimate crown chakra to get the spiritual enlightenment for that

Inhale with = SHRAF – FANM
Exhale with = FREESH – SHEENM

Stimulate Total Brain with Neutral Breathing Mantra

Neutral Breathing mantra :

Inhale with = SHRAFAN
Exhale with = FREESH – SHEEN

This breathing mantra being neutral does not prefer any side of the brain but communicates with the total brain and the super-conscious energy field.

And the great advantage of the above breathing mantras is that they end with the same specific seed word K, Kh, G, T, D, N, M & N both in Inhalation mantra as well as in exhalation mantra, for which we give a convenient pause both at the end of inhalation as well as exhalation, to enhance the Quality & Quantity of stimulation. These breathing mantras given above are the ultimate breathing mantras in stimulating the brain/Memory/ Mind system. Inhale/Exhale, with each of the above breathing mantras for 10 times which will take one minute each mantra, thus all the above nine mantras will take nine minutes or so.
