Pranic Healing: Slowing Down Aging Process with Pranic Healing

Slowing Down Ageing and making old age the most enjoyable period of one’s life is the aim of this book, in order to enable us to age gracefully, so that we can continue to act on the stage of life with fervour and vitality till the last moment of our life.

Our birth and death are both quantum phenomenon. In our birth, soul energy animates life when the negatively charged male sperm fertilises the female ovum in the vagina or otherwise. Then, it gets nurtured with food and pranic life energy till death, when the life sustaining factor becomes less than one and the reactor of our body is not able to sustain life due to many poisons accumulated in our body, then the soul energy departs, leaving the body cold and motionless.

The aim of this book is to help keep the life factor in our body reactor greater than one, so that we can go on loving and living. Thus, both our birth and death are Quantum Events-one shot process; while life is a beautiful integration of life sustaining processes. And the stress causing factors like disease etc. act like poisons to make the life factor less than one, while our immune system and other life asserting processes try to make the life factor greater than one – thus there is a constant battle going on between life assertive processes against the disease causing agents.

Now, with man trie breathing, a new hope, a New Door has opened to heal ourself and to continue to keep the life factor greater than one for as long as we desire, so that we can conquer old age as well as death and thus become ageless. Death will become a tool in our own hands to say “Enough is Enough”, we have enjoyed life fully and leave this world at our sweet will. Thus, we can become the master of our own life.
All of us attain our youth around the age of 20 years, when all our faculties reach their peak performance and this plateau in peak performance continues till the age of 25 years when the process of ageing starts and the metabolic rate of our body begins to decline at the rate of 5% every 10 years on the average and similarly all our body/mind faculties start declining. No one escapes this decline in various faculties, though there is a great variation in its degree and effect on persons of the same age depending upon the inherited genes, the food we take, the environment we live and our mental make up to keep our life battery charged up.

Ageing is usually brought about due to the diminished supply of blood and nourishment with age to the brain’s neurons and the cells of our body. This happens because the blood arteries and veins become slowly narrower due to the deposits of calcium and other salts, uric acid and fatty cholesterol deposits in the blood arteries. As a result of this diminished blood supply, body repair mechanism becomes slower, causing loss of elasticity in all organs in our body. Muscles start losing strength, shape, size. Leg joints become stiff and painful.

Brain, liver, heart and kidneys become reduced in size and their functional ability decreases with ageing. Also, as a result of the diminished blood supply/nutrition to brain neurons, age old defects in eyes of Presbyopia, Cataract and glaucoma begin to develop which we can correct by making use of the word N in the breathing mantra – the seed word for brow chakra. Also, the other senses of touch, taste, smell and hearing also deteriorate with ageing. Their onset can be considerably slowed down by incorporating the words T, K, G, H; N, & M in the breathing mantras.

As long as we can run, we are young and fit, the day we lose the capacity to walk fast or the pace of our walking becomes slow and not so firm – this is the first sign of old age infirmity which affects all other faculties i.e. Heart function, digestion, liver action, process of assimilation and elimination also start declining because of non-movement due to this disability in walking, then there is a geomertic progression in the ageing process, each declining body organ’s performance affecting the other.

Thus, once walking disability appears, then the body starts rusting, loosely speaking, because all body parts become further stiff and inflexible due to their limited movement, thus, accelerating the on-set of old age diseases, because in walking, we move both the legs and the hands, which keep the spinal chord functioning to keep its communication links with the mind/body functioning and once walking disability appears, then the incurable diseases of old age like Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s diseases start appearing and by the age of 90 years, about 50 per cent of the persons begin to suffer form Alzheimer’s disease which renders the person in-capable of taking care of himself and may proceed to a point at which the person forgets his relations and even his/her own name. This is the most horrendous degenerative disease of old age, when a person becomes totally dependent upon others for day to day survival and thus a total BURDEN ON SOCIETY.

Thus, to ward off old age, keep moving & walking. This is the mantra of healthful existence.
