Pranic Healing: Mantra to Cure All Diseases

According the Hindu scriptures, God-The Creator is like a Dancer and this whole Universe-His creation is his Dance, because it is known that all creation including atoms and the planets and the stars are all revolving and dancing i.e. the electron in the hydrogen atom is dancing around the proton of the hydrogen nucleus; the earth is revolving around the sun and is also itself revolving on its own axis to create the days/nights, and the beautiful changing seasons with all the different fruits, and vegetables all the year round.

Thus, all creation is His Harmonic vibration like a dance. The creator is continuously dancing to create. Do we not feel ‘RE-CREATED’ after dancing or even watching the beautiful dance. They say, “Bank moves the money, but the Dance moves the Soul”.

And I have coined this dance breathing Mantra after song on a brilliant cha cha music : – “Cha, Cha, Chacha, Cha”. This is also a SIDHA MANTRA. The Inhale Mantra is “Sa, Ra, Yahhan, Nam” And the Exhale Mantra is:-“Muni, Jee, Rishih, Hooh”

We can, dance alone- Me with Me, like jogging at one place or dancing around, singing inwardly and rhythmically with “Sa, Ra, Yahhan, Nam, while vibrating the body as in a dance and also taking hands up in a dance waveform, our hands slowly going up into the sky, and also stretching up the spine to become lofty and united with the superconciousness, the hands out-stretched upwards in prayer as if united with God. Similarly, then, exhale rhythmically with the mantra, singing inwardly – “Muni, Jee, Rishih, Hooh” while destretching the spine, as well as vibrating our body sonorously and the hands coming down, in a dance form.

This dancing breathing mantra resonates with all the seven known chakras – the conglomerates of energy centres of our body/mind system known by the Hindu sages, fills them with pranic life energy, and imparts resonant sonic energy to them. This dancing mantra is able to make each cell and each neuron of our body/mind system dance and bring it into lively vibration to rejuvenate and if we can provide our body with the required quantity of balnced nutritious food, then no disease can ever dare to come near us. And slowly and steadily, it can help us also “to eradicate all diseases from our body/mind system, provided we are determined to do so and develop the necessary will-power to do so and inhale/exhale or dance with the above mantra for 10 minutes or as convenient; both morning and evening.

Now, how this dance breathing mantra is so potent? because, as said before, it resonates as well as provides pranic life energy to all the seven known wheels of energy-the conglomerates of nerve centres of our body emanating and distributing various hormones by their secretions in the blood stream.

(i) “The word ‘S’ stands for breath centre and is able to awaken the kundalini – the potential life energy in our body, which can be activated to become kinetic energy-an energy which can move up the spine along the so called sushumna opening along with the breath upto the crown of our head.

(ii) The word ‘S’ besides activating the kundalini and the breath, also stands for both (a) Muladhara chakra (seed word L) denoted as basic sex boosting chakra as well as for (b) Swadhistana chakra (seed word V) which denotes the movement of water/elimination process like urine and stool and absorption of nutrients in the blood in the lower intestines besides giving strength to the ovaries, which nurture life.

(iii) The word ‘R’ activates the navel/solar plexus chakra, which boosts digestion and gives heat to our body and it improves liver and pancreasaction also.

(iv) The word T activates the heart chakra, which boosts circulation of blood/breath and imparts compassion to our heart.

(v) The word ‘H’ is the seed word for throat chakra, which activates thyroid gland. This controls fat and carbohydrate metabolism in our body and also establishes the communication link between the brain and the body.

(vi) Similarly, we give pranic life energy to the left brain and conscious senses like eyesight etc with ā€˜Nā€™ This also stimulates the pituitary gland – the director of total glandular activity in our body.

(vii) The word ‘M’ is the seed word for crown chakra, which energises the right brain and strengthens the action of pineal gland which releases the hormone – Melatonin to quieten and pacify the mind.

In the above dance mantra, we have provided pranic life energy and sonic energy to (i) . muladhara (L/S) and swadhistana (V/S) chakras only indirectly through their common representative word ‘S’ which only partially resonates with these two chakras. In order to give full resonating sonic energy to these tv/o chakras, we modify the above song mantra as follows to dance similarly on the cha-cha music.

(2) Inhale with = LA, VA, YAHHAM, MAN
Exhale with = ME, YOU, VOULAI, VOUH

The Exhale words Voulai Vouh sound like the famous French phrase for “I Love You” (Voulez Vous). This is really a very invigorating mantra and gives sparkle to our body/mind system.

These two mantras, thus, boost our total immune system. Thus, we can dance with the above two mantras for five minutes each, as convenient but before changing over to next dance mantra, rest for a minute or so in-between. In this pause period, you can watch beautifully the onrush of boi-energy currents rushing in your hands/ brain system. Thus, the above dance mantras encompass the whole spectrum of bio-energy centres, in our body/mind system and are thus the most rejuvenating capsule full of pranic life energy. The whole science of the power of healing words has been laid bare and compressed in this chapter/ article and any committed person, who happens to use this breathing system consistently with the power of healing words as above will benefit very greatly.

Joseph Conrad, while speaking of the words said, “Donot talk to me of your Archimedes lever-give me the right-word and the right accent and I will move the world.” And those right healing words are right here, to rid people of various ailments.

And, the above dance mantra can also be used while standing stationary or sitting comfortably in an arm-chair or sofa, but with the spine fairly straight, for equally good benefits without dancing. This is for people suffering from arthritis or Parkinson’s disease or persons with some walking disability or for a person who is not so inclined to dance. These can be used as inhale/exhale mantras, speaking the mantras silently.

The above breathing mantras are indeed very beneficial so much so that these mantras can even kindle the kundalini, and make the person sidha (Enlightened Person) but for that a great dedication is required to practice this mantra sitting silently for many many hours during the day, plus it becomes necessary to lead a pure, non-violent stress free life of Satyam (Truth), Shivam (godliness), & Sunderam (Beauty). All the same, it will endow sparkling health to all those who use this breathing mantra even for ten minutes morning and evening each day. This will, thus, help to make life a blissful experience.
