Pranic Healing: Mantra to Meditate, Control Anger and Ease Relationships at Office and Home

Meditation

Meditation is the ultimate method to still our agitated mind and thus get rid of stress when we focus our thought on a single object so that the thought becomes mono-directional, and coherent and ultimately we can silence our mind. For meditation, we can also make our thought move alongwith the breath, as it traverses various chakras. Make the thought move alongwith the breath as it starts from the bottom of spine with the word SH and take your thought to the crown chakra with M. It is called Vipasana Meditation, as advocated by Lord Budha. For this.

Exhale with = MEDITATION SPOKEN AS MEDITAISHUN.
Inhale with = SHTA-NAMMAND

The inhale mantra means – I salute the person who can complete healthy hundred years and we can achieve this, with the help of this mantra, because the word ‘SH’ kindles the divine kundalini, the word ‘N’ stimulates the left brain and the brow chakra and the pituitary master gland and the word ‘M’ stimulates the right brain and the crown chakra and the total word MAND stimulates the total mind and the word MAN yokes us with the infinity – the superconsciousness to draw in as much pranic life energy as possible to fulfill our BEING to live stress-free 100 years.

The word MAN opens the sushumna opening and makes the kundalini energy move upto the crown chakra ‘M’ to illuminate our BEING. The word Man also helps to stimulate the total brain and forms the communication bridge – between the left brain and the right brain. The word AN is the Transducer of Super Conscious Field.

Control Your Anger

In order to control your anger, if you are angry type, use a suggestive mantra.

Exhale with = I AM ANGERLESS
Inhale with = ALLA-SARAGA-MAN

The word ‘L’ helps to illuminate our mind while the word Sa, Ra, Ga, Ma give musical harmony to our body/MIND system, thus helping to remove anger from our mind.

Relationship problems in office and home

Since we spend most of the day either at office or at home, our relationship with the people we meet plays the most important part in making us happy or depressed. In our work-place, we should make the motto-“Work is worship” and also respect our office boss, then things will be smooth sailing. But inspite of that, if one is so placed that the office job is found to be boring and routine and does not provide job satisfaction, or self esteem, this may lead to cause stress in the work place.

For this, either one should change one’s job to one’s satisfaction or accept it and make the work place as happy a place as possible, by changing one’s attitude to life. If we develop the optimistic attitude of seeing the HALF GLASS EMPTY AS HALF GLASS FULL, then much of the stress can be dissolved.

Similarly, unhappy conjugal relationships can become the continuous cause of stress at home. They say that behind every successful man – there is a woman, but the reverse is equally true, that behind many unsuccessful men, there is also a woman, because daily nagging at home can make life a hell.

I am myself a fast turbulent husband and my wife is a very beautiful lady who can throb the heart of one and all and I being a jealous husband thus, on certain occasions, we will quarrel during the day and at night of course we both will swear love for each other, but my neighbour is a very quiet person, and would never quarrel with his wife, inspite of his wife being a very nagging type.

I once complimented my neighbour by saying ‘you are calm like the river Ganges near Delhi, where it comes down to the plains with no turbulence on the surface of water and I also added that while my life is like a turbulent river flowing down in the hills with all its turbulence and noise. Upon this, my neighbour quipped, “Dr. Chowdhry, my life may look quiet to you but how much agitation is going on under the surface of my mind, you cannot imagine.”

Thus, this type of suppressed anger slowly can also lead to the build up of the stress and damages the immune system ultimately, and this constant tug of war between the husband and wife goes on and on in life and in some 20% cases, this ends in divorce, while 60% live on enjoying this daily push and pull, while the other 20% live on happily fully adjusted to each other. Thus, to sublimate the negative reactions, use the breathing mantra ‘MOVE ALONG’.

Exhale with = MOVE
Inhale with = ALONG

This mantra besides providing sonic energy to combat stress, suggests to be in tune with nature or be in tune with your boss in office or be in tune with your wife at home or be in tune with your own self and hear to your body limits, which we should not exceed. Thus, be in tune with the whole world so that there is no opposition to our existence in the environment. We have surrendered to God completely. This is indeed a very beneficial mantra to succeed in this tough world ‘Move Along’.
