Pranic Healing: I am Hopeful Mantra

As long as there is life, there is Hope. Infact, it is the hope that sustains life and as said by O.S. Marden, “There is no medicine like Hope, no incentive so great, no Tonic so powerful, as expectation of something tomorrow.” Thus, make “HOPE” your breath.

And Exhale with = I AM HOPEFUL or IMMIH – HOOPEFUL
And Inhale with = LAFAPAHHAM

The word hopeful should be spoken inwardly as ‘HOOPEFUL’ for exhalation purpose, as orginally designed by the linguists. As we grow old, we also grow less hopeful and slowly become pessimistic due to the stark realities of life interactions; while, in our youth time, we are always hopeful and optimistic and thus feel more happy. Do not we find the old people generally wearing a Sad Look. Thus, hope is the sign of youth. This breathing mantra will also generate hope in you, first by the hypnotic suggestive power of the word, ‘I am hopeful’ and secondly the

(i) word L which is the seed word for basic sex muladhara chakra, being procreatve, gives hope particularly because the word L helps to Kindle the divine Kundalini – the divine battery of life energy to make its life currents move up alongwith breath to kindle and illuminate us. And the illumination on our face generates hope in us.

ii) And the word F helps the lungs to breathe upto its full optimum capacity.

iii) The word P helps in the Heart circulation.

iv) The word H – the seed word for Vishudha/Throat Chakra helps to strengthen the Thyroid gland for better carbohydrate and fat metabolism. The word H also helps to re-establish the sagging communication in the cervical region of the spine; thus generating hope for patients suffering from cervical spondylitis.

v) The word M is the seed word for crown charka and it helps to strengthen the right brain and control over the Mind when the Kindled Kundalini reaches the crown chakra (M), the person starts illuminating with God’s Bliss and Effulgence. Thus, the above breathing mantra is indeed very healsome. Inhale/Exhale with the above mantra by speaking the mantra inwardly, smoothly and deeply and as non- violently as possible, to simulate the natural breathing. Do it for five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening and you can surely hope to increase your health span. The word ‘M’ also stimulates the pineal gland which generates Hope in an ailing person by secreting the tranquillity Hormone – Malatonin in the blood stream.

2) We can introduce the word R in the above inhale mantra to re-ignite the dwindling Fire in our abdomen with age, to get rejuvenated.

Thus inhale with = LAFA-PRAHHAM
Exhale with = MIHI-PRE-FILL

vi) The word R is the seed word for Manipur/Navel Chakra, it represents the Fire principle and strengthens the total abdominal glandular system for better digestion & assimilation of food, including the pancreas and the Liver.

vii) The word PR helps us to breathe both from the lungs with P as well as from the abdomen by the power of the word R. This mantra is the most efficient mantra for breathing because, breathing is helped threefold by the words (a) FA, (b) PRA and (c) HA and helps to take the breath to M – the crown chakra – The Charioteer of our body/mind system.

This breathing mantra, along with the following mantra, are very helpful for Bronchial patients. We can also substitute the word BR instead of PR because both these words are almost equivalent.

3) Inhale with = LAFFA- BRAHHAM
Exhale with = MIHI- BREEFFILL

4) Our Hindi language word for Hopeful is Ashawan. This is also a good inhale mantra. The word Asha’ means Hope.

Exhale with = UNNESSWIEN

This breathing mantra particularly strengthens the left Brain and the eye sight with the help of the seed word N for Brow Chakra. This also strengthens the pituitary gland, which is the master gland directing the total immune system of our body. This is complementary to the above mantras. The Exhale mantra – ‘UNNEESWIEN’ means Nineteenth. Thus, with this mantra you will always be feeling young Hopeful Nineeteen. – yet in your Teens-Nineteen — the most youthful Nineteen.
