The Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can be helped by wearing wristbands or wraps containing small magnets. There are several types of them with different magnetic configurations – north polarity towards the body, south polarity towards the body, and alternating them. The south polarity is good for prevention. For mild symptoms, alternating the magnetic forces will be fine. But if the condition is advanced with inflammation and pain, the north polarity may be necessary.
Constipation, if temporary, is an easy ailment to treat. Place a magnet of about 1,000 gauss over the colon with the stimulating polarity facing the body. The treatment may take just 15 minutes or less. The Japanese have developed a magnetic belt for constipation. It works with the south polarity and alternating polarity and has proved quite useful.
The patient can also keep his right palm on the north polarity of a high-powered magnet. Simultaneously, his left sole should be on the South Pole. He should also drink magnetised bipolar water four to five times everyday. The treatment should be followed for a few months at least.
When there is a thickening of the cuticle or skin, it is called a corn. It is painful, compressed, thickened skin normally under and around the feet. High-powered or medium-powered magnets should be applied under the soles twice a day. North polarity magnetised water can be drunk, and the corns washed with it too.
Nose bleeds can have many causes. The patient should first be made to lie down with his head placed higher than the rest of the body. His nose should be plugged with cotton wool. High-powered magnets should be applied under the palms and crescent-type ceramic magnets should be applied on both the nostrils till the bleeding stops.
Eye diseases are of many kinds. In minor ailments, crescent-type ceramic magnets may be applied on both eyes even if the ailment affects only one eye. In serious cases, the South Pole of a high-powered magnet can be kept under the right palm for 10 minutes and the North Pole of a crescent-type ceramic magnet can be applied on each eye for five minutes along with a high-powered magnet. The eyes can also be washed with magnetised water of the north polarity. Magnetised water should also be drunk.
