Magnet Therapy: Magnet Treatment for Nephritis, Gout, Rheumatism, Sciatica and Sinusitis

Nephritis or inflammation of the kidneys can be helped with the application of medium-powered magnets on the kidneys and high-powered magnets under the soles.

Magnetic treatment can help knees too. Knee pain is common in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and gout. A nylon wrap, which contains many small magnets, is a helpful magnetic device. They are available in three types – with the magnets oriented north towards the body, with the south polarity towards the body or alternating both north and south polarities.

One of them is bound to work depending on the problem. The North Pole of high-powered magnets should be kept over the affected side of the right knee and the South Pole on the affected left knee for about 10 minutes in the morning. In the evening, both the soles may be kept on both the magnets. Bipolar magnetised water can be consumed several times a day. If there is localised pain in any knee, the South Pole of a crescent-type ceramic magnet can b^g tied over the spot for several hours in the night.

In rheumatism, high-powered magnets should be applied under the palms if the problem is primarily in the upper part of the body. Magnets can be applied under the soles of the feet if the problem is centred on the lower part of the body. If the knees are affected, both magnets should be applied on the knees, the North Pole on the right knee and the South Pole on the left knee. South polarity magnetised water should be consumed at regular intervals.

In sciatica, there can be intense pain in either leg or both the legs. The North Pole of high-powered magnets should be applied on the hip from where the pain starts and the South Pole should be placed under the sole of the affected leg. South polarity magnetised water should be consumed. It is a long treatment process.

In sinusitis, high-powered magnets should be applied under the palms and crescent-type ceramic magnets on both sides of the nose or over the eyebrows, depending on the area of pain. Magnetic foils or other small magnets can be applied directly over sinuses. The direct application of magnets on the area works, but the effects are temporary. The endocrine system and the kidneys will also have to be looked into for possible causes and given the right polarity to hasten the healing process.
