Pranic Healing: Health Improvement Mantra

Our investment in our health is our best investment and the yogis are able to store pranic life energy in their brow chakra (N), located between the two eyebrows, wherein is located the 3rd eye of Lord Shiva or the single eye of Christ. Its seed word is N and by it sonic resonant vibrations, it strengthens all the conscious organs of our brain. And the following mantra helps to move the dormant kundalini energy into the brow chakra (N) and crown chakra (M) with the power of the words S & V.

Thus exhale with = I AM INVESTING
Inhale with = SHAVA-TANAMMANG – or SMTA-VANA- MANG.

The words S/Sh. are the seed words for breath origin and also constitute the mouth of Kundiline Vessel, which is constituted of the word V, S and L. The seed word for Swadistana Chakra is V. It represents water principle and movement. The word V by its sonic resonant vibrations strengthens the lower intestines for absorption of digested food into the blood stream and also helps in eliminative process of stool etc.

And the word T stands for taste gland and helps to strengthen the salivary glands in the mouth. And M is the seed word for crown chakra and the right brain and the end of the inhale mantra-;Mang, yokes us with infinity-the superconsciousness to draw in all the needed pranic life energy to store in the brow chakra and to activiate the sense endings of various conscious organs. Thus, with the inclusion of the words T, M, N and NG, the total mind, brain and super intelligence is invoked and is thus a very healing mantra for the mind and is capable of storing the extra pranic life energy into the brow chakra with the word N & the word N & M strengthen pituitary and pineal glands, which together control all glandular activity in our body/ mind system, thus boosting our Immune system.

Inhale/exhale with the above mantra for five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening by speaking the mantra inwardly, smoothly and rhythmically and non-violently to simulate the natural breathing as nearly as possible. This will indeed prove a very good investment for your health.
