Every child born in this world, is essentially beautiful, because he/she is born in the image of God. The child is God’s own creation and every person is like an Actor on the stage of life, to fulfill his/her assigned role as said by Shakespeare. But some persons come in this world and excel in their roles and thus make this world a more beautiful place to live in.
There is no doubt that youth is beauty because this is like a fully blossomed flower, radiating the fragrance of youth and it is all a rejoicing period of one’s life. But once the first signs of wrinkles appear in our mirror image, we begin to feel sad. So health is beauty and beauty is health and let us rejuvenate ourselves by breathing with the following mantra, and say goodbye to the wrinkles and old age.
(1) Exhale with = I AM BEAUTIFUL or IMMl-BEAUTIFUL
Inhale with = LAFA-YA-BTAMMAN
In the above mantra, the world ‘L’ is the seed word for basic Muladhara sex Chakra. It helps to kindle the divine Kundalini with its resonant sonic energy to make it move up alongwith the breath and the breathing optimised with the seed word ‘F’ for lungs. Inhale as much as possible the oxygen and pranic life energy from the cosmos.
The word ‘Y’ – the seed word for heart chakra helps improve the circulation of blood/nutrients and makes us more compassionate. Thus, it is also a heart strengthening mantra. The word T improves the taste for all things in life and also improves the digestion of starches by strengthening the salivary glands in the mouth and the word ‘B’ combined with ‘T helps to improve our speaking power to improve our total personality and ultimately the word ‘M\ the seed word for crown chakra improves our right brain and our control over our mind, for an impressive beautiful personality, because ultimately the Kundalini divine energy when it becomes kinetic, it reaches the crown chakra to illuminate us with its effulgence, to make us Beautiful.
(2) Similarly, the word – KHOOBSOORUT which also means ‘beautiful’ is a mantra which suggestively helps us to remain beautiful, particularly to give lustre to the eyes with its seed word ‘KH’ contained in it. Also it increases the fire in our body with the word ‘R’ and improves our taste with the word T.
