All of us aspire to become an angel and for that let us make ‘ANGEL’ as our breath. There is a beautiful song:-

The exhale mantra I am Angelic is very suggestive indeed and it inspires us to become angelic and the word ANGEL’ really stimulates us to become an angel because the word ‘J’ is the seed word for Heart. It strengthens our heart for better circulation of blood in our body and it also endows compassion to our heart to develop angelic qualities.
(ii) The word ‘L’ is the seed word for Basic chakra. It helps to kindle the divine kundalini energy by the resonant sonic energy of word ‘L’ with which it illuminates our total BEING to develop the Angelic looks.
(iii) The word MAN in Mank Yokes us with infinity – the superconsciousness to draw in as much pranic life energy as possible to have enough strength to walk like an angel, because the word ‘L’ also gives strength to the legs.
(iv) The inhale mantra ends at ‘K’ the seed word for left brain to develop the sensitivity of an angel.
