The idea of massaging or rubbing the body with one’s own urine, was also had by Armstrong from a text in the Bible. An old urine is preferred for massage. It may be kept for 36 hours or even up to seven days, as generally prescribed, for use as massage.

In this way the potency of urine is increased by gradual fermentation of the urine. The urine does not contaminate, if kept covered and tightly corked in bottles containing different day’s urine, in different bottles.

Urine is taken from the seven-day old bottle in a flat cup or saucer to make it convenient for the hand to apply it on the whole body. More urine from the bottle is taken when that in the’ cup is exhausted.

It is recommended that massage is to be taken for two hours at a stretch, each day. The massage has proved to have wonderful effect, specially to cure skin diseases, like ringworms, itch, eczema, etc.

Usual bath is to be taken without use of soap and after some gap of time. In special cases of injury or in winter, urine may be warmed up on fire, before application.
