Keep the bed-sore covered with this wet pack (of Calendula). Also administer Arnica 30th or 200th internally. Indications : great soreness of parts.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Arsenicum &#8211; Burning pains relieved by heat.<\/p>\n<p>Lachesis &#8211; Edges are black.<\/p>\n<p>Sulphuric acid &#8211; Putridity; rapid spreading; gangrenous tendency; Weakness out of all proportion to the disease.<\/p>\n<p>BITES AND STINGS<\/p>\n<p>Ledum &#8211; See Ledum under &#8220;SKIN&#8221;. The supreme remedy in stings of bees. Dr. Bhanja cured a young man severly stung by bees in a beehive with Ledum a few drops rubbed on each sting for a second or two and the patient was free from the agonising pains within 15 minutes. Pulford adds : Ledum antidotes animal and insect poisons, and also Apis.<\/p>\n<p>BURNS<\/p>\n<p>Cantharis &#8211; See Cantharis under &#8220;SKIN&#8221;. There is no remedy like Canth. for superficial burns and scalds. Apply a linen soaked in mother tincture or the 30th potency on the affected parts and the effect will be magically instantaneous, and no after effects would ensue. Cantharis prevents the formation of blisters.
