C – Contaminated by persistent gas.<\/p>\n
H – Severe hemorrhage has occurred.<\/p>\n
M – Morphine has been given. The time of administration and dose should be written on the label.<\/p>\n
P – Burnt by phosphorus.<\/p>\n
R – Radioactive exposure.<\/p>\n
T – A tourniquet (constrictive bandage) has been applied. The time of application and subsequent releases should be indicated on the label.<\/p>\n
X – Requires urgent removal to a hospital from the accident site and urgent treatment of mainly, but not exclusively for wounds of the chest and abdomen, for internal haemorrhage and for a unconscious victims.<\/p>\n
