Growing taller is the greatest obsession of children between the age of 13 to 18 years – the age when the children become taller every day to reach the full height potential which is mostly controlled by the inherited genes. However, some height can be added by taking good nutrition and the will – power to increase the height and some hormonal stimulation which we can achieve by strengthening growth – glands like pituitary gland with N, and Thyroid gland with H, and the sex glands – the Mulandara chakra to give strength and length to the legs with the word ‘L’.

1. For this

Inhale with = LAHHAN

Exhale with = NIHHIL

Also we can exhale with a very very suggestive mantra given below, which contains the word ‘R’ to help improve metabolism.

2. Exhale with = INCREASE LENGTH

Inhale with = LAKRA ZAGANNATH

Similarly, another suggestive breathing mantra which also contains H, the seed word for Thyroid gland is :-

Exhale with = INCREASE – HEIGHT

Inhale with = SAKRAHA – GANANT

And the word NAN-yokes us with infinity-the superconsciousness to draw in as much pranic life energy as possible to fulfill our BEING with life force for fuller growth to our maximum potential. And above all, the above two breathing mantras will enable you to increase length and make you taller by their hypnotic suggestive power, as we know that thought is the most refined form of pranic life energy to motivate our MIND. Thus, you will surely be able to add one or two inches to your height, provided you support it with a well balanced nutritious diet of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals for growth and one or two inches of extra increase in height of a person matters quiet a a lot, which can thus be achieved, provided you are below 18 years of age.
