The persons who discover something new, I call them fluorescent people, just as in a fluorescent tube, the invisible radiation becomes visible. And use of this word ‘Fluorescent’ as mantra for exhaling the breath also brings shine on our face. How?

It can be seen below:-

1. Exhale with = FLUORESCENT

Inhale with = LARA-SHFANT. or

2. Exhale with = I AM FLUORESCENT. or IMMI-FLUORESCENT.

Inhale with = LARA-SH FA-M ANT

The word ‘L’ is the seed word for Muladhara Chakra, the basic sex chakra and its sonic resonant vibrations kindle the dormant kundalini; which the breath with the word S/Sh helps to take it to the crown chakra M. The word ‘R’ is the seed word for Manipur/Navel Chakra/Solar plexus and represents the fire principle and gives sonic resonant vibration to the total digestive organs/assimilation system to strengthen them to release properly the digestive juices as and when required, and the word Mant yokes us with the superconsciousness to draw in as much pranic life energy as required and ends with the word T which improves our all tastes in life, strengthens the gums of our teeth and also helps to strengthen the salivary glands in the mouth for proper pre-digestion of starches.

Thus the above mantra brings about a total rejuvenation in our body/mind system to shine and become fluorescent. And the word ‘F’ is the seed word for Lungs which it helps to breathe to its optimal capacity. And the word Shfa’ in Urdu means — Heal-some. Thus, the above breathing. Mantra helps to restore our health completely.
