Out of all the living beings, only human beings have been endowed with the will-power to improve their health or improve their fate, if they so desire to do.

The word ‘Improving’ is really wonderful, it can prove a great mantra in health management and help in eradicating the disease with the power of its healing words, as seen below:-

1) Exhale with = IMPROVING

Inhale with = VAPRAMMONG

(i) The word V is the seed word for ovary/ Swadhishtana Chakra and represents the Water principle, and it helps the absorption of digested food & nutrients in the blood stream in the lower intestines., it also helps the elimination of waste matter like Urine and stool, improves the action of the Womb which nurtures life.

(ii) The word ‘R’ is the seed word for Navel/ Manipura/Solar plexus Chakra, which represents the fire principle and hence, helps to digest the food and improves the action of Liver, proper release of digestive juices in the abdomen and the action of pancreatic gland for proper absorption of glycogen in the blood. (iii) The word ‘P’ helps the lungs to breathe in to its optimum capacity and the combined word ‘PR’ fortifies the total breathing by helping to breathe from the lungs with ‘P’ and from the abdomen with ‘R’

iv) The word ‘M’ is the seed word for crown chakra, located in the head and it helps to stimulate the right-brain, our mind control and the word ‘M’ gives resonant sonic energy to the pineal gland, which releases the pacifying hormone -Melatonin

(v) The word G gives resonant sonic energy to our left brain to strengthen the eyes and the pituitary gland to boost our Immune system. An allotropic modification of the above breathing mantra, which is complementary in its action to Mantra No. I is given below :

2) Exhale with = IMPROVEEMENT

Inhale with = VAPRAMMANT

Here, the word T has been substituted for ‘G’. This improves all our tastes in life plus helps to strengthen the salivary glands to release proper juices in the mouth for pre-digestion of food. The word T also strengthens the gums holding the teeth, and the pituitary gland.

Thus, inhale/exhale with the above two mantras for three minutes each, both in the morning and evening by speaking these mantras only inwardly, smoothly, deeply, and rhythmically and non-violently so as to simulate the smooth natural breathing as nearly as possible.

In order to improve Will-power

3) Exhale with = IMPROVE-WILL OR IMPROVILL

Inhale with = LAVA PRAM MAN

The words L, V kindle the Kundalini and thus strengthen our will power as well as impart blissful shine in the eyes.
