The mantra ‘Mingle’ is apt, practical and suggestive mantra to yoke ourself with God and ultimately, one is so much part of the God almighty just as the water mingles up with milk to become in-separable from it.

Exhale with = MINGLE

Inhale with = LAGGANM

Inhale/exhale with the above mantra by speaking the mantra inwardly, smoothly, and softly so as to simulate the natural breathing as nearly as possible.

The word ‘L’ is the seed word for the basic Muladhara Chakra and by the sonic, resonant vibrations of the word L, the dormant kundaline becomes kinetic and this energy can move up alongwith the breath, with the word ‘Lag’ up to the left brain and the word gah yokes us with the superconsciousness to draw in the pranic life energy from the Infinitum source, and the breath ends at the crown chakra for which the seed word is M. This word M strengthens the pineal gland, as well as the right brain.

Thus, this mantra helps to take the breath from the bottom of the spine upto the crown chakra and thus one can illuminate oneself with the power of kundalini provided one lives a stress free life of Satyam (truth), Shivam (godliness) and Sundram (beauty). And one will start radiating bliss all around if one constantly practices to breathe in with this mantra for about half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening and also constantly thinks of mingling with God to become one with God’s superconsciousness. You flow into the God with your thoughts and God starts flowing unto you, to become One with God’s Super-Conciousness.
