(ii) The word ‘V is the seed word for Swadhishtana Chakra, it represents water principle and helps to keep us ever green, because it strengthens the lower intestines to absorb digested food alongwith water in the blood to reach all the cells of our body. It also helps in the elimination processes in the lower intestines.<\/p>\n
(iii) The word ‘R’ is the seed word for Solar plexus. It strengthens all the abdominal secretions to help in digestion and assimilation of food and to give FIRE to our body.<\/p>\n
(iv) The word ‘P’ helps the Cardio-vascular system for proper circulation of oxygen\/nutrients through blood circulation. And the word ‘PR’ helps to breath both from the abdomen (R) and from the lungs (P).<\/p>\n
(v) The word ‘M’ is the seed word for crown chakra which by its resonant sonic vibrations helps to strengthen the right brain, the mind and the pineal gland.
