Nature manifests its Supermacy through Duality and it is through the Duality of the double valency of IRON that haemoglobin (an oxygen carrying substance in the blood) provides oxygen to the cells of the body, because iron can exist as Ferrous Iron in double valency and as Ferric Iron in triple valency and the ferrous iron has the property to, trap oxygen to become ferric iron and ferric iron can part with oxygen to become ferrous again.

But the total quantity of iron present in our body is only 1 to 5 gms depending upon the weight of the person, equal to the tip of an iron nail and our daily requirement of iron is only a few milligrams per day, though the requirement of pregnant ladies/ growing children and anaemic persons is slightly more. I am highlighting this, because we should not un-necessarily gulp iron supplements which usually contain more than 20 mgs. of iron and such iron capsules containing more than the daily need of our body are harmful for the body, because the extra iron can also drain away along with it other useful nutrients in our body.

Experiments with radioactive iron have revealed that iron is stored in the body as an iron compound only upto a particular limit and no more. The extra iron has to be excreted from our body.

And if you want to develop the dual personality of a Politician to rule this world; then exhale/inhale, with the following mantras:

Exhale with = I AM FERROUS or IMMI FERROUS

Inhale with = SARA FAMMAN

Exhale with = I AM FERRIC

Inhale with = ARRA FAKAMMAN

So doing and thinking, we can become an iron man to rule this world.
