The word ‘SMA’ in Hindi language means ‘to get submerged’, to become one. That is what happens in the ecstastic sexual union, when the time stops and we experience timelessness. The word ‘S’ also stands for breath centre (SANS) and sex centre and the word ‘M’ denotes mind. Thus when we yoke our breath with our thought, we also experience timelessness. Similarly we can experience timelessness when we yoke ourself with super consciousness by breathing with the following Mantra:-

Inhale with = SMAN

Exhale With = MSIEN

And at the end of inhalation and exhalation, if we give a pause in breathing, then we experience the fusion of inhale breath (male) and exhale breath (female) and we experience bliss – the ecstastic bliss – the timelessness, similar to the bliss as in sexual union. During the pause period, we experience the real timelessness.

This Mantra also stimulates the crown chakra and the pineal gland with its seed word ‘M’ And the pineal gland releases the tranquillity endowing hormone – Melatonin to destress our mind and it also helps in inducing deep sleep and it is during our deep sleep period when we experience deep relaxation and the state of TIMELESSNESS.
