Give me a healthy liver and I shall live for ever; because liver manufactures/stores glycogen to supply us the energy and is thus preserver of all organs of our body by feeding them with proper nutrition. As we age, our liver also ages, because we damage it with intoxicants like alcohol, tea, coffee and over eating etc. The seed word for stimulating LIVER is R and it appears in the above exhale mantra twice. Thus it is eminently suited for strengthening liver.

(ii) The word V the seed word for ovary charka which irrigates all the cells of our body by stimulating the lower intestines for proper absorption of digested food in the blood.

(iii) The word R the seed word for Navel Chakra helps to stimulate the LIVER, the pancreas and all the other abdominal secretions to properly digest our food to give our body the required FIRE.

(iv) The word ‘P’ stimulates the cardio – vascular system for better circulation of blood & nutrients to our body/mind system.

(v) The word ‘M’ the seed word for crown charka stimulates our right brain, the pineal gland and the mind with its resonant sonic vibrations.
