Stress And Digestion<\/span><\/p>\n

Stress can disturb our digestion while impending danger can cause diarrhea is well known and can become the cause of stomach ulcers. Even normally, the oxygen\/glucose demand of brain is about nine fold more than other parts of the body but in stressful condition, the sympathetic brain system immediately orders to divert the blood supply to heart and the brain in order to save itself from damage, while the digestive system is asked to wait till the stressful situation is over. The use of word ‘R’ in any one of the above breathing mantras helps to strengthen the Abdominal secretions, the liver, the pancreas and the adrenal glands to restore them to their normal state. A very suggestive and potent breathing mantra to restore digestion is :-<\/p>\n

Exhale with = INCREASE – APPETITE
\nInhale with = SAKRA PI AN ANT.<\/p>\n

The word Appetite is really appetising because it sets up ‘to and for ‘resonant sonic vibrations in the taste endings in the brain to stimulate the hunger while the word ‘R’ as said above strengthens digestion, the word ‘P’ helps optimal breathing, the words N & K help the hypothalamous region of the brain to regain its control over itself, because the word ‘N’ stimulates the pituitary gland to regain its control over other glands in our body. Similarly, the following mantra rejuvenates the total body and total digestive system. The word ‘H’ helps to stimulate the thyriod gland and to help in fat and carbohydrates metabolism.<\/p>\n

Exhale with = HEAL – LIVER
\nInhale with = LAVARAHHAN<\/p>\n

Also the word ‘H’ re-establishes the communion between the body and the brain to bring about normalcy in body\/mind system.<\/p>\n

Invoke Divinity<\/span><\/p>\n

And when everything else fails, we turn to the Divine, because man has been made in the image of God, and is constantly seeking divinity. Thus let us make – ‘I AM DIVINE’ as our breath.<\/p>\n

Exhale with = I AM DIVINE
\nInhale with = VADA – NAMMAN<\/p>\n

The words ‘N, M &D strengthen the total brain and mind and the word MAN yokes us with DIVINITY to fulfill our total BEING with God’s effulgence, to make us stress-free and the word ‘V helps also to kindle the divine kundalini and helps to move it upto pituitary and pineal gland and the crown chakra.<\/p>\n

There is another very potent breathing mantra given by our sages to their disciples “SOHAM’ which means that I AM LIKE THAT – I am like the God, cast in ITS GLORY. For this:-<\/p>\n

Inhale with = SOHAM PRONOUNCED AS SAUHHAMM
\nExhale with = MIHHISH.<\/p>\n

This mantra helps to kindle the divine kundalini energy with the word S or Sh, ‘H’ restores the communication between our body and the mind for which the seed word is M. Thus this mantra infuses divinity in our mind.
