Prayer to God and Devotional Music are the best antidote to stress. There is a famous Bhakti Cult all over the world who sing the devotional song” Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna, Krishna, Hare Hare.” Instead one can also use a very simple mantra – HARE RAMA

Exhale with = HARE

Inhale with = KRISHNA

Exhale with = HARE

Inhale with = RAMA

We can sing as well as clap with this mantra and it has the advantage that we can go on breathing and singing with it, because we are exhaling with ‘HARE’ and latter inhaling with ‘RAMA, thus we are in phase with breathing & hence do not get tired in the process. The devotee can get so much absorbed in the Mantra ” HARE RAMA”, as if Lord Ram has decended to come alive in the Devotee’s Being. This is possible because after exhaling with Mere, one is thus able to prolong the godly name of RAM as Sweetly or as Devotedly as possible to BECOME ONE WITH RAM.

Another beautiful way for some persons to destress is to put on some lively music of one’s choice, it could be soft enchanting waltz music, to dance with one’s partner, or a more vibrant variety of dance music or classical English Music, or classical Indian Music.

Inhale with = HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE

Exhale with = HARE RAMA HARE RAMA RAMA RAMA HARE HARE

This mantra instills in us the of devotional Bliss.
