1. Upon arising:<\/span> 30 black raisins soaked overnight in water along with water in which they are soaked and water kept overnight in copper vessel. III. Thereafter, a well-balanced diet consisting of seeds, nuts and grains, vegetables and fruits may be taken. \n5. Dinner:<\/span> Fresh fruits and milk.<\/p>\n
