Take raw fruit or vegetable juices for 4 or 5 days with a glass of juice every 2 or 3 hours diluted with warm water. Use warm water enema during this period.<\/p>\n<p>II. Thereafter, adopt the strict lacto-vegetarian diet on the following lines:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"headingz\">1. Upon arising:<\/span> A glass of fresh fruit or vegetable juice.<br \/>\n<span class=\"headingz\">2. Breakfast:<\/span> Fresh fruits and milk sweetened with honey and a handful of raw seeds or nuts.<br \/>\n<span class=\"headingz\">3. Lunch:<\/span> A bowl of steamed vegetables, one or two whole wheat chappatis, unsalted fresh butter and a glass of buttermilk.<br \/>\n<span class=\"headingz\">4. Mid afternoon:<\/span> A glass of fruit or vegetable juice.<br \/>\n<span class=\"headingz\">5. Dinner:<\/span> Fresh green vegetable salad with lime juice dressing and homemade cottage cheese.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"headingz\">Avoid:<\/span> Tea, coffee, salt, chocolate, spices (mustard, pepper and vinegar), sugar, white flour and its products and refined foods.<\/p>\n<p>Specially beneficial: All fruits an berries, vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, radishes, cucumber, red beets and tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"headingz\">B &#8211; OTHER MEASURES<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Hot epsom-salt bath twice a week.<br \/>\n2. Neutral immersion bath (92\u00b0 to 95\u00b0 F.) one hour daily at bed time.<br \/>\n3. Massage once a week.<br \/>\n4.
