Fast on water mixed with lemon juice for three days. Take plenty of water and use warm water enema daily during this period. Use hot and cold applications directly on the prostate gland and its surrounding parts.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>II. An all-fruit diet for further three days, with three meals a day at five-hourly intervals.<\/p>\n<p>III. Thereafter, adopt a restricted diet, consisting of two meals of fruits and one of steamed vegetables for seven days.<\/p>\n<p>IV. After the restricted diet, adopt the following diet:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"headingz\">1. Upon arising:<\/span> A glass of lukewarm water with half a freshly-squeezed .lime and a teaspoon of honey.<br \/>\n<span class=\"headingz\">2. Breakfast:<\/span> Fresh fruits, a cup of fresh milk, sweetened with honey and nuts.<br \/>\n<span class=\"headingz\">3. Lunch:<\/span> A bowl of steamed vegetables, whole wheat chappatis with butter and a glass of buttermilk.<br \/>\n<span class=\"headingz\">4. Mid-afternoon:<\/span> Fresh fruit or vegetable juice or sugarcane juice.<br \/>\n<span class=\"headingz\">5. Dinner:<\/span> Fresh green vegetable salad, with lime juice dressing, sprouted mung beans and fresh home-made cottage cheese.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"headingz\">Note:<\/span> Repeat a short fast on water and lemon juice, followed by an all fruit diet and restricted diet after every two or three months.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"headingz\">AVOID:<\/span> Meat, sugar, tea, coffee, condiments, pickles, refined and processed foods, fried, heavy, or greasy foods and products made from sugar and white flour.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"headingz\">B &#8211; OTHER MEASURES<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Hot and cold applications and hot and cold hip bath.<br \/>\n2. Wet girdle pack<br \/>\n3. Avoid sexual excesses.<br \/>\n4.
